A Valentine’s Pick in Forbes

forbesBrian Freeman in Forbes picks his Valentine’s Day sparklers.

Champagne Piper-Heidsieck’s Brut Cuvée NV is a great one for around $100—a fantastic price for a magnum this well-crafted and food-friendly; their winemaker, Régis Camus, is one of the best in the business—and Champagne Billecarte-Salmon’s excellent Brut Reserve NV in magnum is just a bit more expensive (approx. $110).
