Here’s the Red Carpet Ready dessert that Wolfgang Puck has whipped up to pair with PIPER-HEIDSIECK Champagne at the Governors Ball, the official post-Oscars® bash: Raspberry Panna Cotta Featuring PIPER-HEIDSIECK Champagne, Caviar and White Chocolate. It was previewed at Puck’s iconic Beverly Hills restaurant, Spago, paired with PIPER-HEIDSIECK Rare 1998.
Three vintages of this prestigious cuvee will be poured at the Governors Ball — Rare 2002 and Rare 1988, in addition to Rare 1998.
